Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Bachecalavoro intern for our Belfiore location to support front-of-house operations, guest welcome, and service across restaurant and bar areas. You will learn product details, upsell, and be part of a dynamic, international hospitality team.

You must be an EU student studying Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business. Fluent Italian and English are required, with a hands-on, flexible attitude and a passion for guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an EU school or university.
• Studying a relevant bachelor's in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcome and check-in for guests.
• Assist in front-of-house service in restaurant and bars.
• Share product knowledge and upsell to guests.
• Act as city concierge for local tips and recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of spaces for shifts.
• Support guests with requests and use new tech skills.
