Job summary

The Social Hub in Bologna is offering an Internship as a Community Host Intern. You will be at the front of our guests experience, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in, and high-level service across our restaurant and bars. You will also share knowledge about our products and help cross-sell to guests.

We are a dynamic, international hospitality concept operating across Europe. The role is resident in Italy with EU student eligibility, hybrid/ in-hospitality setup, and a monthly €500

Qualifications

• You're currently enrolled in an EU school or university.
• Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Front Office Management or similar at an MBO level.
• Enjoy receiving responsibility and you can work independently.
• Flexibility, hands-on, motivated and positive approach.
• You must be studying within Italy.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcome and check-in for guests.
• Assist guests at self-check-in kiosks (no reception desk).
• Prepare and serve local dishes to stretch F&B skills.
• Brew coffee and mix cocktails as needed.
• Act as a city concierge with local recommendations.
• Maintain tidiness in all areas and prep for next shift.
• Assist guests with facility requests and learn new tech skills.
