Sheraton is seeking an experienced Front of House supervisor to join the F&B Front department. You will be the main contact between management and staff, overseeing service across shifts and ensuring smooth operations. Prior supervisory experience in hospitality is essential, with excellent English skills.

You will lead on-floor presence, manage teams during service, coordinate temporary staff, and ensure proper stock control and event setup. Knowledge of POS and HACCP is preferred.

Formación

• Hospitality sector experience is required or highly preferred.
• Experience in similar roles within hotel/amenities operations.
• Solid experience in businesses similar to ours.
• Excellent English language proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• On-floor presence and front-of-house service management.
• Team management during service and pre/post service organization.
• Coordinate temporary staff per regulations and operational needs.
• Manage orders and stock via the Marriott system or similar.
• Knowledge of front-of-house order systems (e.g., Micros Opera) is advantageous.
• Describe dishes and wines to guests; support food and wine pairing.
• Ensure mise en place and pantry stock levels; assist with event setups.
• Apply HACCP rules and maintain compliance.
