The Hoxton Florence is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead a dynamic team across multiple outlets, including a events space. You will drive revenue through strategic initiatives and own the P&L with responsible cost management, while maintaining high food and guest experience standards.

Competenze

• 2+ years' experience in a similar food & beverage management/director role, across multiple sites or a single £4m+ revenue per year business.
• Strong leadership with a passion for hospitality and team development.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting across departments.
