Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Milan seeks a Front of House Supervisor to join the F&B Front department. You will be the main link between management and staff, overseeing service across shifts and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, strong English, and proven leadership and organisational skills. You will lead service during peak hours, manage temporary staff, and uphold HACCP standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Mansioni

• On-floor presence and front-of-house service management.

• Familiarity with Micros Opera or similar systems.
• Describe dishes to guests and advise on wine pairings.
• Ensure mise en place and dining room/bar readiness.
