Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Export Sales Area Manager OEM Chiller to maximise new customer acquisitions and orders in the EMEIA territory, with OEM sales responsibilities in refrigeration. You will lead Sales Representatives and report to the Sales Manager OEM Chiller.

Responsibilities include directing the sales force, market analysis, opportunity identification, contract drafting, and developing a skilled team through coaching and training.

Competenze

• Business English knowledge.
• Third language knowledge (Spanish or German) will be considered a plus, but not essential.

Mansioni

• Direct the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration.
• Analyzes market potential for new products and applications.
• Identifying potential opportunities with existing customers and the acquisition of new customers to meet strategic business objectives.
• Manages multiple areas and adjusts sales goals and procedures for each Area.
• Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Ingersoll Rand contract templates when applicable.
• Draft technical offers.
• Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the sales volume.
• Develops and maintains a competent workforce through training, coaching, and establishing goals and objectives.
