Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer OEM Chiller to support OEM customers and the sales team through the entire pre-sales process. You will analyze requirements, design optimized chiller and heat pump solutions, and prepare technical proposals and quotations as the key technical interface across functions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, heat pumps, or OEM applications.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics, compressors, heat exchangers, hydronic systems.
• Experience in technical sales support, application engineering, or pre‑sales engineering roles.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; ability to interpret specifications and drawings.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to OEM customers for chillers and heat pumps.
• Analyze customer specifications to identify optimal product solutions.
• Prepare technical selections, performance calculations, and system recommendations.
• Develop and review technical and commercial proposals with sales and product management.
• Support the quotation process ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.
• Presentations and product demonstrations for customers and internal stakeholders.
