Ingersoll Rand plc is seeking an Area Sales Manager OEM chiller to maximize new customer acquisition and orders in the EMEIA territory, with OEM responsibilities in the refrigeration business. The role includes leadership of Sales Representatives and reporting to the Sales Manager OEM Chiller.

The position requires knowledge of business English and willingness to travel within the assigned territory to drive growth and customer value.

• Direct the sales force to achieve sales and profit goals through market penetration.
• Analyzes market potential for new products and applications.
• Identifying potential opportunities with existing customers and the acquisition of new customers to meet strategic business objectives.
• Manages multiple areas and adjusts sales goals and procedures for each Area.
• Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Ingersoll Rand contract templates when applicable.
• Draft technical offers.
• Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the sales volume.
• Develops and maintains a competent workforce through training, coaching, and establishing goals and objectives.
