Ingersoll Rand in Italy seeks an Export Sales Area Manager OEM Chiller to maximise new customer acquisition and orders in the EMEIA territory with OEM responsibilities in refrigeration. You will lead the sales team and report to the Sales Manager OEM Chiller.

You will manage multiple areas, draft technical offers, and develop a capable workforce through coaching. A business English proficiency and willingness to travel within the territory are required for success.

Job Summary

The Export Sales Area Manager OEM Chiller will be responsible for maximising the acquisition of new customers and orders in the assigned territory (EMEIA) and with OEM sales responsibilities in the refrigeration business, providing added value to the customers through technical, commercial and partnership skills.The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Sales Representatives and will report directly to the Sales Manager OEM Chiller.

Key Competencies

• Solid knowledge of process cooling management with ability to support and train OEMs in the field.
• A third language Knowledge (Spanish or German) will be considered as a plus, but not essential.
