Marriott International's Luxury Collection in Tuscany seeks a housekeeping supervisor to ensure quality standards by inspecting rooms and public areas after cleaning. You will run room reports, verify status, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry, while documenting discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, and other spaces after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, and prioritize room cleaning; update departing room status.
• Coordinate housekeeping with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry; assist management in daily activities.
• Liaise with Front Desk to resolve discrepant room issues and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate room assignment changes; report issues to the next shift.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching staff.
• Follow safety policies; maintain confidentiality; protect company assets; speak clearly and professionally.
• Move and lift up to 55 pounds; operate housekeeping carts; read information on computers/POS systems.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and complete required paperwork.
