This role requires leading large-scale transformations, building trusted executive relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams while contributing to thought leadership across markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years in top-tier strategy consulting with transformation experience.
• Fluency in Italian and English; German or French is a strong asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Shape the growth of Porsche Consulting's Consumer Goods business in Italy and contribute to the European platform.
• Advise CEOs and executive teams on strategic and operational challenges.
• Lead large-scale transformations that deliver measurable and sustainable business results.
• Develop future leaders by coaching and mentoring high-performing consulting teams.
