Porsche Consulting is seeking a Strategy Consultant to blend strategic vision with hands‑on implementation for global clients. You will work in interdisciplinary teams, solve complex business challenges, and present insights to C‑level executives.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams, conducting analyses, and driving actionable recommendations while traveling up to 80% across Italy and international sites.

Formación

• Degree in Economics or Engineering (Management preferred) or equivalent.
• 4–6 years in strategy or management consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in international and cross-functional environments.

Your role

You will play a key role in interdisciplinary and international project teams, working closely with senior executives and C‑level decision‑makers to solve complex business challenges and shape the future direction of leading organizations.

You will manage project workstreams, perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop recommendations, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and present insights to executive leadership.

As a Strategy Consultant, you will support clients in addressing critical business topics, including:

This role requires full availability to travel (80% of your working time will be spent at client sites in Italy and abroad (EU and extra EU)).

Your profile

• Degree in Economics, Engineering (preferably Management Engineering) or an equivalent qualification. A relevant PhD or MBA is considered a strong asset.
• 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or transformation roles
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability — you take responsibility not only for the analysis, but also for the quality and impact of the outcome
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in international and cross‑functional environments.
• Strategic mindset combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
• Enthusiasm for innovation, transformation, and creating sustainable impact.
• Excellent command of Microsoft and AI‑powered tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Fluency in Italian and English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and embrace new challenges.

In accordance with applicable Italian pay transparency requirements, the annual gross base salary for this role in Italy starts at € 44,000. The final fixed salary will be determined based on objective, role‑related criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, demonstrated skills, and overall fit for the role.
