Job summary
Porsche Consulting Italy is seeking an Operational Excellence Consultant to lead interdisciplinary, international teams and work with C-level executives to design scalable, sustainable improvements across manufacturing, supply chain and logistics. The role combines strategy and execution, traveling up to 80% to client sites in Italy and abroad, and requires hands-on delivery and strong communication.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related field; MBA/PhD asset.
- 3–5 years hands-on experience in industrial operations or consulting in Consumer Goods.
- Strong understanding of Consumer Goods value chains and operating models.
- Experience shaping operations strategy and redesigning industrial networks.
- Fluency in Italian and English; German is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary and international teams and engage C-level stakeholders.
- Design tailored, scalable, and sustainable solutions for clients.
- Manage project workstreams and present recommendations to leadership.
- Drive manufacturing excellence, supply chain transformation, and digital initiatives.
