Job summary

PwC Strategy& in Milano is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver strategy-led transformations for consumer-focused clients. You will join a collaborative team applying market analysis, growth strategy, and digital initiatives to real-world challenges.

Required 1–4 years in consulting or international consumer business, with fluency in Italian and English (C1). A competitive base salary ranges and up to 25% bonus are offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree grades of at least 105/110 and 108/110 respectively.
• 1–4 years of experience in a consulting firm or international consumer-focused company.
• Strong knowledge of the Consumer sector is considered a plus.
• MBA is considered an asset.
• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Define growth strategies in mature and emerging markets.
• Analyze consumer trends and market opportunities.
• Design go-to-market strategies.
• Develop sustainable business plans for consumer-focused companies.
• Support digital transformation and direct-to-consumer (D2C) models.
• Conduct commercial due diligence in M&A contexts.
