Job summary

PwC Italy is seeking a Senior Associate in Strategy with 3-4 years of experience to drive growth, portfolio strategy and transformation projects for Industrial Products, Consumer Goods and Business Services clients in Milan.

You will lead workstreams, coach junior colleagues and contribute to proposals and business development while collaborating with executives and private equity partners. A strong English proficiency is required for global engagements.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in strategy consulting or a similarly demanding environment.
• Experience leading project workstreams and mentoring junior team members, delivering complex analyses on tight timelines.
• Experience with growth strategy, portfolio strategy, transformation, performance improvement and cost optimization, and with Private Equity diligence.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Products, Consumer Goods and Business Services, plus an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams and coordinate junior team members to deliver high-quality analyses.
• Develop client proposals, contribute to business development and expand client relationships.
• Collaborate with corporate clients and Private Equity investors across deal cycles from due diligence to value creation initiatives.
• Translate strategic insights into actionable recommendations and client-ready deliverables.
