Your Impact

• Shape the growth of Porsche Consulting's Consumer Goods business in Italy and contribute to the development of our European platform.

Key Qualifications

• Educational Background: Successfully completed degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A PhD or MBA would be preferred.
• Industry Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with a strong track record of leading and delivering complex transformation programs in the Consumer Goods industry, particularly across Packaged Goods, Beverages, Fashion & Luxury.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory. Proficiency in German or French is considered a strong asset.
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, change, and value creation.
• Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development and collaboration.

It combines a competitive fixed salary, performance-based incentives, and a broad range of benefits to support our employees both professionally and personally. In accordance with applicable Italian pay transparency requirements, the annual gross base salary for this role in Italy starts at € 165.000, with additional variable compensation and benefits available in accordance with company policies.
