The Luxury Collection is seeking an Executive Chef I for Hotel Cala di Volpe, Costa Smeralda. You will oversee all kitchen operations, lead a talented culinary team, and ensure exceptional food quality across banquets, restaurants, room service, and staff meals.

Responsibilities include menu development, staff training, budgeting support, and maintaining high sanitation and safety standards to deliver superior guest experiences at a luxury resort in Sardinia.

Formación

• Experience leading kitchen operations in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Strong emphasis on sanitation and food safety standards.
• Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff and maintain quality.
• Knowledge of menu development and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead kitchen operations for the property and supervise cooks and staff.
• Develop and maintain high culinary standards across all outlets.
• Guide staff, set performance standards, and monitor results.
• Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with guests.
