Le Collectionist is seeking a Resort Manager Deputy to establish and lead on-site operations in Sardinia (Olbia/Likely North East). The role covers villa portfolio oversight, guest stays, and concierge service delivery, reporting to the Resort Manager and Regional Director.

A strong background in luxury hospitality, English & Italian language skills, and a valid driver’s license are required. The position involves weekend work and peak-season availability, with up to two remote workdays per week

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, operations management or high-end concierge.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and guest services processes.
• Based in Sardinia with driving licence and car preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee villa portfolio quality and listings activation.
• Manage on-site guest stays, check-in/check-out and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Concierge team and regional directors to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead local operations setup in Sardinia and develop partnerships with local vendors.
• supervise budget management and stock/asset control for the destination.
