Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Business Development Manager for the WSS vertical expansion across Europe. You will drive growth by promoting the portfolio, identifying new markets, and developing go-to-market and channel strategies.

The role requires strong market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and travel across Europe. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in BD or sales within industrial sectors, fluency in English, and a track record in GTM strategy and partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years in business development, sales, or market expansion in industrial sectors.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proven experience in go-to-market, channel expansion, and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD initiatives to grow Xylem WSS market presence in Europe, focusing on Industrial and Municipal sectors.
• Identify, develop and execute new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Develop go-to-market, channel expansion, and vertical growth strategies for regional markets.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor trends, customer needs, and EU regulations.
