Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategies across Europe for CTM. Based in Venice, Lyon, or Madrid, you will translate insights into compelling value propositions and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and R&D to drive growth.

You will analyze market trends, gather VoC feedback, and support product launches with strong messaging and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Thermal, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in segment marketing, product management, or a comparable technical-commercial role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC-R technologies and applications, preferably within the refrigeration industry.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
• Fluency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multicultural, and matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing regional marketing strategies for HVAC-R focusing on refrigeration applications, in collaboration with Sales and Global Segment Marketing.
• Translating customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into compelling application-driven value propositions.
• Gathering and analyzing market intelligence and Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to identify business opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborating with Product Management and R&D to translate market requirements into product roadmaps and support successful product launches.
• Partnering with Sales and Marketing Communications to develop effective messaging, strengthen customer engagement, and promote CTM solutions.
