Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the digital content and channels strategy across Europe. You will shape brand thinking for a digital-first, media-smart approach and manage content end-to-end with agencies and internal teams.

Based in Vimercate with hybrid work and reporting to the Brand & Digital Activation Director, you will develop regional campaigns, coordinate local market plans, and guide junior teammates while maintaining a user-centered mindset.

Qualifications

• Six years in brand management / marketing roles with ownership of content end-to-end.
• Experience in media and social media planning; ability to build and defend plans.
• Digital-first mindset; ability to build for digital channels.
• Hands-on use of AI in content/marketing workflows with responsible-use awareness.
• Ability to read data and translate insights into content decisions.
• Experience managing and growing at least one junior team member.
• Collaborative, cross-functional attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evolution of brand strategy for our portfolio across Europe, coordinating with Global HQ.
• Translate strategy into creative platforms and assets for digital environments; own content end-to-end.
• Lead creative agencies and production partners to deliver on time and to standard.
• Plan content production against real demand by gathering local markets’ media plans.
• Own digital media conversation with European markets and review media plans with a view to optimization.
• Use data and ROI insights to sharpen brand impact and content effectiveness.
• Coach and develop Brand Specialists in the team.
