Guardian Bandsaw is seeking a Business Development Manager Europe to drive profitable revenue growth across European markets by leveraging distributor networks and moving select markets toward direct sales relationships. The role combines strategic business development with hands-on technical sales in an autonomous, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record in sales with measurable commercial achievements.
• Experience with distributors and direct sales channels.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for European markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and expand relationships with distributors, customers and end users.
• Strengthen distributor partnerships to increase market penetration and demand generation.
• Develop direct customer relationships where this supports the commercial strategy.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for growth across segments.
• Travel extensively across Europe to develop relationships and support commercial efforts.
