Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a senior technical leader to own the technical scope for large, international data center projects across Europe. You will drive RFQ responses, coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers and partners, and hand over to execution with ongoing improvement. Fluent English and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Hybrid working across Europe is offered, with relocation support possible, and a clear path to Senior Technical Leader and Solution Architect roles.

Qualifications

• Must-have experience leading the technical scope of customer projects, ideally large and international.
• Strong electrical design foundations in LV and MV, and understanding of UPS systems.
• Experience with RFQs, technical offers, and delivering under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers on electrical design topics.
• Lead technical workshops and explain complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Review RFQs and define technical architecture and compliance matrices.
• Coordinate engineers, experts, and partners to align with tender timelines.
• Hand over awarded projects to execution teams and capture lessons learned.
