You will develop digital micro-learning content and drive training enablement across smartphones, tablets, wearables, and IoT products, using agile, high-converting delivery tools.

The role emphasizes Train-the-Trainer programs, retail scenario enablement, and measurement of training impact on sell-through.

Competenze

Job Title: Regional Retail Training Manager/Specialist

Training materials development & management for HONOR West European Market. This role is responsible for establishing the regional training framework, developing digital micro-learning content, and driving training enablement across our full-scenario ecosystem (including smartphones, tablets, wearables, audio, and IoT products). The core focus is to leverage agile, high-converting delivery tools—such as creative short videos, one-pagers, and standardized KSP pitch guides—to scale professional capabilities and drive sales conversion across National Trainers (NTs), retail supervisors, in-house field force (FF), and third-party retail store staff.

1. Digital Training Content Development: Create high-impact, bite-sized training content for smartphones, tablets, wearables, and smart audio. Design creative 15–30s selling-point videos, executive PPTs, One-Pagers, and sales objection handling scripts tailored for European retail channels.

2. Train-the-Trainer (TTT): Lead and deliver regional TTT programs to National Trainers and Field Supervisors across European markets, ensuring unified product positioning and execution standards.

3. Retail Skill & Scenario Enablement: Develop tailored sales modules focusing on premium smartphone conversions, ecosystem cross-selling, and in-store Live Demo experiences.

4. Training Management & Digital Platform Operations: Oversee the regional training modules on store staff apps, monitor engagement metrics (completion rate, pass rate, active ambassadors), and tie training performance to sell-out velocity.

Industry Background: 5+ years of experience in retail training or retail enablement within the consumer electronics or retail industry; experience in regional (Europe) or multinational training management is strongly preferred.

Content Development Expertise: High content sensitivity with proven proficiency in developing PPT training decks and using mainstream short-video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro). Candidates who can independently appear on camera, script, and edit short videos are highly preferred (portfolio required).

Delivery & Presentation Skills: Exceptional public speaking, stage presence, and interactive facilitation skills with solid, proven experience in TTT (Train-the-Trainer) implementation. Ability to quickly translate complex technical specifications into consumer-friendly, high-converting sales language for retail staff.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English as a working language, capable of delivering training sessions and business presentations without barriers.

Personal Attributes: Passionate about consumer electronics, with strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration capabilities.
