Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional CMSO to shape, prioritize, and advance strategic initiatives across the global EP organization.
• Translate Medical Office priorities into clear action plans, timelines, stakeholder responsibilities, and follow-through mechanisms.
• Provide strategic counsel on clinical matters, offering insights based on interactions with practitioners engaged.
• Lead preparation for executive discussions, leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic decision-making forums.
• Maintain visibility across key Regional CMSO commitments and ensure progress against high-priority business objectives.
• Lead strategic pre-planning for Regional CMSO leadership meetings at key conferences.
• Support regional CMSO-related senior leadership meetings for priority physicians, academic partners, and strategic accounts.
• Coordinate follow-up after conference engagements to ensure insights and next steps are captured.
• Develop and support social media and executive communication content for Regional CMSO conference presence.
• Partner with Professional Education, U.S. Commercial Marketing, Scientific Affairs and other teams to align podium strategy and activities.
