myPOS is expanding its team and seeks a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to lead payroll for 200+ employees across six European countries, driving the Deel system implementation and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The role requires strong expertise in France and Italy payroll and European labor law, with advanced Excel skills and fluency in French and English (Italian is a plus). You will collaborate with Finance, HR, and Treasury to support reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-country payroll (Europe)
• Expertise in France and Italy payroll regulations
• Solid knowledge of European labor law and administrative obligations
• Experience with global payroll systems (Deel or similar)
• French and English mandatory; Italian is a plus
• Advanced Excel for reconciliation, data analysis and reporting
• Data privacy (GDPR) and confidentiality
• Comfort with large data volumes and multi-system integrations

• Lead monthly payroll for 200+ employees across 6 European countries
• Ensure 100% regulatory compliance and deadlines
• Drive Deel Global Payroll implementation and optimization
• Maintain data integrity across HR/Finance systems
• Provide payroll data for monthly close and audits
