Deel is building its payroll operations for Italy and seeks the founding Country Product Manager to own end-to-end product strategy for payroll, HR, time tracking, and related services that respond to Italy's regulatory landscape.

You will manage an engineering team, translate local requirements into scalable products, and trade-off priorities to hit market timelines while collaborating with compliance and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian speaker; fluent English for coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management across teams and partners.
• Pragmatic, with systems thinking to integrate payroll, HR, time tracking and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Define product strategy for the Italian market across payroll, HR, time, and services.
• Lead dedicated engineering team to execute the roadmap.
• Coordinate across Product, Time, HRIS, and Services teams to align dependencies.
• Break complex requirements into iterative pieces and ship early for feedback.
• Own relationships with key accounts and ensure scalable solutions.
