The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and experience in program or project management.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to define improvements.

• Drive performance improvement with partner carriers and root cause analysis.
