JD Logistics seeks a Program Owner with European scope to lead a core initiative to enhance Last Mile delivery capabilities, driving scalable frameworks and standardized procedures across EU countries. You will optimize processes, monitor performance, and collaborate with Procurement and Local Operations to implement innovative solutions that improve delivery outcomes across Europe.

As the Program Owner with European scope, you will lead a core initiative to enhance Last Mile delivery capabilities, directly contributing how JD Logistics delivers parcels to customers across Europe. Your focus will be on:

1.Process Optimization and Standards Implementation

• Design and deploy scalable frameworks and standardized operating procedures applicable across all EU operating countries, ensuring seamless program expansion aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Drive process improvements across several operational domains including performance management, demand planning or fleet damage and repair management.

2.Strategic Program Enhancement

• Lead the development and execution of program enhancements such as capacity planning or design of the Last Mile Delivery infrastructure.

3.Performance Monitoring & Operational Excellence

• Analyze and monitor delivery performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with local operations teams throughout Europe.

4.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

• Orchestrate cross-functional alignments with key stakeholders, including Procurement and Local Operations to drive the implementation of solutions that resolve relevant Last Mile Delivery challenges.

Requirements:

• Language Requirements: Fluent spoken and written in English
• More than 5+ years of professional experience in respective field
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in last mile delivery sector, fleet management
• Proficient in Office software and strong data analysis skills
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, logical thinking and proven problem-solving abilities; ideally in a multi-cultural environment
