Amazon Italia Transport Srl is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to drive innovation and expansion in the AMZL network across Europe. You will manage a broad range of deployment projects including new launches, automation solutions, and MHE retrofits in delivery stations.

You will lead the full lifecycle from concept through budgeting to handover, coordinate with senior leadership, and push for process improvements while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• Experience planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Travel up to 30–50%.

Mansioni

• Manage highly complex deployment projects in AMZL delivery stations.
• Own programs including automation, MHE retrofits and building improvements.
• Lead full lifecycle from concept to handover.
• Coordinate with resources, capex and timelines.
• Collaborate with senior management to resolve trade-offs.
• Identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements.
