Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking a Site Procurement Manager to lead strategic procurement projects for internal partners across local, regional, national, and European levels.

You will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors, delivering value through cost optimization, sustainability, and process improvements within a cross-functional team at a logistics site. Competenze

• Experience with procurement tools and MS Office.
• Fluent Italian and English (C1) required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in a Procurement environment.
• Qualifications and/or experience in sourcing, contract management, or equivalent role.
• Negotiation skills (internal and external).

Mansioni

• Understand the business needs and justify requirements, analyzing and making recommendations.
• Manage complex projects with high spends, risks, confidentiality, and time constraints across multiple sites.
• Build stakeholder relationships and negotiate with vendors for local to Europe-wide projects.
• Provide accurate metrics, reporting, and data incl. supplier performance metrics.
• Lead procurement processes from needs detection to contracting and implementation.
• Deliver RFI/RFQ across multiple sites and BUs; create and execute contracts including Work Orders and Master Supply Agreements.
• Drive CLM (Contract Life Management) and ensure governance on supplier performance.
• Execute national and EU-wide procurement initiatives and collaborate with Global Procurement teams.
• Meet KPIs for savings, financial metrics, sustainability, and compliance.
• Act as Country SME for large categories and extend to EU scope when needed.
