Amazon Italia Transport Srl seeks a Senior Project Engineering Manager to drive innovative design, standardization, and expansion within the AMZL network in Italy. You will manage diverse deployment projects including new launches, automated solutions, and MHE layouts across Italy and potentially other EU sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s (Master preferred), extensive program leadership, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration or equivalent.
• Experience leveraging technology and lean/Six Sigma to drive improvements.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and automation/standardization.
• Experience in program or project management.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data tools.
• Fluent Italian and English (C1 or above).
• Data-focused tools: Python, SQL, Alteryx, QuickSight or similar.

Mansioni

• Lead deployment projects and administrative setups in AMZL network.
• Own full project lifecycle from ordering to SAT and handover.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and meet guidelines.
• Validate designs and requirements, identify and fix deficiencies.
• Drive improvements to reduce inefficiencies at country/European level.
• Engage with vendors and cross‑functional teams to meet schedules.
