McDermott International, Ltd is seeking a Principal IT Pillar Specialist to lead Payroll-focused IT initiatives within the corporate function. You will interpret business issues, propose best practices, and guide ERP and Global Payroll projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, resolving payroll processing issues, and shaping timekeeping, GL, and billing workflows. Strong PM and ERP/BI experience are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience supporting EPCI business apps.
• Strong payroll domain knowledge and leadership.
• Extensive project management experience.
• Experience with ERP and BI tooling.

Mansioni

• Lead and support the alignment of Corporate Functions – Payroll focus.
• Manage ERP implementation and Global Payroll Design projects.
• Provide immediate support resolution for Payroll processing issues.
• Create payroll campaigns and recurring reports from Payroll Systems.
• Manage payroll interfaces to other systems and vendors.
• Assist in implementing Oracle Time & Labor.
• Collaborate with IT teams on strategic initiatives such as ERP and Payroll products.
• Ensure compliance with IT project execution methodology and controls.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
