Job summary

Eurowind Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead EPC development of wind, solar and storage projects in Italy. You will manage internal and external stakeholders, cost/time control, and ensure HSEQ compliance through all phases from FID to commissioning.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, and hand the project over to Asset Management on completion. Travel ~10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or electrical engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Structured approach to project management, effectively managing risks, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in project and contract management; understanding of contracts; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from FID to COD and hand over to AM team.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Develop WBS, master schedule, milestones and look-ahead plans.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project budget, forecast and cost deviations.
• Manage variations, claims and contract compliance.
• Coordinate contractors across civil, electrical and HV works.
• Interface with authorities, TSOs/DSOs and stakeholders; ensure regulatory and permit compliance.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.
• Maintain risk register and issue logs; provide regular management reporting.
• Lead commissioning and energization; ensure handover to Asset Management.
