Job summary

Iberdrola is looking for a highly skilled Civil Engineer to lead the civil engineering of wind farms and PV plants in Italy. Based in Rome, you will manage from technical to economic and planning aspects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver robust civil works across all project phases.

You will ensure compliance with HSE, Quality, CAPEX and Schedule targets in a dynamic, international environment, with opportunities to contribute to future projects across countries.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of civil engineering experience on wind or PV projects in Italy.
• Knowledge of Italian civil and structural regulations (NTC) and seismic design requirements.
• Experience leading design and supervision of civil works and coordination with internal/external teams.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and design criteria for wind and PV civil works in all project phases.
• Supervise outsourced services and coordinate with internal design teams.
• Lead topography, geotechnical campaigns and 3D crane pad/layout work.
• Validate hydrological and hydraulic studies and electrical scope interfaces.
• Report to Project Manager and manage progress, costs and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, CAPEX and schedule targets.
