JUWI in Italy is seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager based in Milan or Verona to lead utility-scale PV projects through the EPC phase, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to deliver on time and on budget. You will manage budgets, schedules, risks, and interfaces with cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance and successful handover to O&M, and report to the Project Manager Lead in Italy.

Travel within Italy is required.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Business with technical exposure.
Minimum 2 years in EPC project management, preferably Italy.
Experience with EPC contracts and subcontractor management.
Knowledge of Italian permitting, grid connection, and regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

Manage EPC projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams incl. Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, HSE, Legal, Finance.
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with customers and suppliers.
Provide regular status updates and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
