Iberdrola is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead the civil engineering of wind farms and PV plants in Italy. Based in Rome with a hybrid work model, you will coordinate across internal teams and external partners to deliver safe, cost-effective projects from bidding through construction.

You will manage technical scope, planning, and budgets, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and company targets while growing experience across cross-country assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering.
• At least 4 years’ experience in civil engineering of wind projects and/or PV plants in Italy.
• Proven ability to lead civil design for wind and solar farm projects.

Responsabilités

• Specify scope and design criteria for wind farm and PV civil engineering in all project phases.
• Supervise outsourced services and coordinate with internal teams.
• Lead project engineering follow-up meetings and report status to Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment, Quality, CAPEX and Schedule.
