Job summary

Partner Company in Italy seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to unlock AI potential for enterprise clients. You will work with Account Executives and customer tech teams to architect scalable, tailored AI solutions and demonstrate business value.

You will help create enablement resources, self-service tools, and scalable product capabilities while traveling to customer sites to deepen partnerships and drive successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with customers on technical challenges.
• Strong ability to understand customer environments and architect integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and API concepts.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work remotely from Romania.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to align technical solutions with customer needs.
• Engage with technical stakeholders to understand challenges and design effective solutions.
• Design and deliver technical demonstrations showing product capabilities and value.
• Create enablement materials and best practices for the sales team.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customer adoption and integration.
• Identify recurring integration patterns that can be standardized or productized.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scale validated requirements.
• Support efficient internal processes for delivering solutions to enterprise customers.
• Travel to customer sites to support engagements and build relationships.
