Descrizione del lavoro

customssupport is seeking an operational AI lead for the Italian market. You will design, test and implement practical AI agents on top of foundation models to support customs-related processes. You will own pilots, monitor performance and ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

You will work with Operations, IT and Group teams, translating business needs into production-ready AI capabilities while staying mindful of EU AI Act compliance and governance.

Competenze

• Strong Python and SQL, with production code ownership.
• Experience integrating large language models into production systems (prompt design, RAG, structured output).
• Practical experience with Azure AI, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.

Mansioni

• Develop and customize AI solutions for the Italian market from prototype to production ownership.
• Identify automation and decision-support opportunities across processes and assess value before building.
• Design solutions using generative AI, LLMs, retrieval, tool calling and structured extraction.
