Experteer Italy in Lombardia seeks an AI Architect to define and lead enterprise-grade AI solutions. You’ll shape scalable, secure AI platforms aligned with business goals, translating strategy into roadmaps, governance, and deployment patterns.

You’ll drive AI/ML engineering best practices, MLOps, and platform scalability across programs. The role requires 8+ years in tech, strong Python, cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP), data architecture, APIs, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology roles with substantial AI/ML solution architecture and enterprise platform design.
• Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
• Data architecture, APIs, and system integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), MLOps, containerization, and scalable deployment architectures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence technical and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI solutions across domains (generative AI, predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision).
• Create architecture blueprints, reference patterns, and standards for scalable, secure AI platforms.
• Ensure alignment of AI architecture with enterprise principles and business objectives.
• Lead design governance, reviews, and compliance with security, privacy, and responsible AI requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance to solution architects, engineers, and project teams throughout delivery.
• Guide best practices for AI/ML engineering, MLOps, model lifecycle, and platform scalability.
