Job summary

Experteer Italy is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to identify AI opportunities and translate business needs into actionable specifications for enterprise AI initiatives in Lombardia. You will collaborate with data scientists, IT, and vendors to deliver AI solutions while ensuring ethical data use and governance.

You will document requirements through interviews and workshops, define KPIs, and support change management to drive adoption in a complex industrial environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in energy or industrial sectors.
• 2+ years on AI/ML projects.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities with stakeholders.
• Gather and document business requirements via interviews, workshops, and reviews.
• Translate needs into functional/technical specs for AI solutions.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and define KPIs to measure value.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, IT teams, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI, data governance, and privacy laws.
• Serve as liaison among business, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Drive change management and support user adoption through training and communication.
• Maintain project documentation and contribute to process optimization and AI governance.
