Saipem in Milan seeks a Senior AI Solution Architect to own AI initiatives end-to-end within the Digital and IT environment. You will lead architecture, governance, and production release, guiding the internal team across the full development lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in solution architecture or AI engineering, strong Azure/OpenAI experience, and fluent Italian and English. Hybrid work and EU AI Act compliance are emphasized.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years in solution architecture, software development or AI engineering, with leadership and production release responsibility.
• Languages: Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Lead AI projects with full technical ownership across the Azure ecosystem and DevOps pipelines.
• Drive project governance with milestone planning, risk management and reporting.
