Job summary

Accenture Italia is seeking a Lead or Principal AI Architect to serve as the definitive technical authority on AI architecture within client engagements and across the practice.

You will own end-to-end architecture for advanced AI platforms, spanning classical ML, generative AI, and agentic systems, aligning with business objectives and enterprise standards. Engage with CIOs/CTOs and leaders to shape enterprise AI strategy and deliver transformational value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in designing & deploying enterprise grade AI solutions using agentic, generative and classical AI/ML across platforms.
• Proven experience with LLMs and Generative AI spaces and architectures.
• Strong ability to integrate data, memory, and governance into production-grade AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI architecture for complex platforms across questions of security, observability, and performance.
• Lead enterprise AI assessments and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Define memory, context, and agent ecosystems with governance and ADRs.
• Collaborate with CIOs/CTOs and business leaders to shape enterprise AI strategy.
