Maison Valentino in Milan is offering an internship in Learning & Development, I&E and Engagement. You will be based in Milan and work closely with the Engagement & I&E Specialist to design, coordinate and execute initiatives that strengthen colleague engagement and foster inclusion.

As the Engagement & I&E Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational culture while contributing to impactful initiatives and developing Excel and

• Language skills: Italian and English required.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Mansioni

• Project Tracking & Coordination: assist in monitoring engagement activities and timelines.
• I&E Ambassadors Program: support coordination and communication within the community.
• Audit Support: assist with gender equality certification documentation.
• Meetings & Events Support: help organize meetings with HR Directors and stakeholders.
• Information Management: prepare meeting notes and maintain documentation.
