Valentino in Milan is seeking a Logistics Process & Project Coordinator to drive global logistics transformation and optimize processes across the supply chain.

You will manage stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with regional teams to implement new operational solutions, ensuring successful delivery in a luxury environment. Fluent Italian and English are required, with 5+ years in PM/Process Analysis within logistics or IT.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, economics, mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in project management and process analysis in supply chain, logistics or IT.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Understanding of luxury supply chain.

Main task activities:

• Manage stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery;
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and reporting;
• Support change management and business adoption activities;
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement new operational solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is mandatory;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management and Process Analysis within Supply Chain, Logistics and/or IT environments;
• Understanding luxury supply chain.
