Valentino in Milan is seeking a Logistics Process & Project Coordinator to drive global logistics transformations and optimize supply chain processes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with the luxury fashion standard.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in PM/Process Analysis in logistics or IT, and fluency in Italian and English. Italian luxury culture and smart working options are part of the package.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management and Process Analysis within Supply Chain, Logistics and/or IT.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Main task activities:

• Lead global logistics and supply chain transformation initiatives;
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement projects;
• Manage stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery;
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and reporting;
• Support change management and business adoption activities;
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement new operational solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is mandatory;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management and Process Analysis within Supply Chain, Logistics and/or IT environments;
• Information Technology (Microsoft Office).
• Understanding luxury supply chain.
