FBK s.r.l. is seeking an Engagement Manager in Milan to lead customer onboarding and ongoing engagement for our AI-powered tender platform.

You will coordinate implementation projects, gather requirements, and drive adoption with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. The role emphasizes process understanding, structured project management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable delivery plans for enterprise clients in Life Sciences and

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2+ years in a customer-facing role such as project management, business analysis, SaaS implementation, consulting, customer success, software delivery, or related field.
Experience on software implementation, business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation projects.

Mansioni

Coordinate customer implementation projects from kickoff to rollout, ensuring scope, timelines, responsibilities, risks, and next steps are clear.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand tender management needs, objectives, processes, and adoption priorities.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, solution proposals, and feature demonstrations.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of software solutions.
Monitor progress, surface risks early, and coordinate actions to keep delivery on track.
Help translate customer needs into clear priorities for implementation and product enhancements.
