Longi Solar is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager for Energy Storage Systems to design and deliver tailored solutions from inquiry to implementation. You will work closely with customers, sales, PM, and R&D to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.

Strong emphasis on technical documentation and bid proposals. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Energy Systems, with Master’s preferred, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Analyze inquiries to design technical solutions for BESS, PCS, and EMS components.
• Evaluate feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and schematics for proposals.
• Develop bidding documents and proposals meeting standards.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and R&D to align solutions with goals.
• Act as technical point of contact during pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases.
• Contribute to development of new tools and methodologies for optimization.
