Longi Solar is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager for Energy Storage Systems to design tailored BESS solutions and ensure project success from inquiry to implementation. The role requires collaboration with sales, project management, and R&D to deliver compliant, cost-effective results.

You will lead the creation of specifications, schematics, and bid documents, while maintaining clear communication with customers and international teams. English proficiency is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of battery storage, PCS, EMS, and grid integration is preferred.
• Familiarity with system simulation and design tools.

Mansioni

• Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for BESS, PCS, and EMS components.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.
• Develop comprehensive bidding documents and proposals meeting standards.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and R&D to align solutions with project goals.
• Serve as technical point of contact during pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases.
• Contribute to development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.
