Longi Solar is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager focused on Energy Storage Systems to design, tailor and deliver technical solutions for utility-scale projects. You will collaborate with sales, project management and R&D to convert inquiries into compliant, cost-effective proposals and successful implementations.

You will analyze customer requirements, produce specifications and schematics, support bid submissions, and serve as the technical point of contact during pre-sales and delivery,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience creating technical documentation and bidding documents.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international teams.
• Knowledge of battery storage, PCS, EMS, grid integration, and energy management is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.
• Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases.
• Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.
